Gleason, seconded by Dr. Hall, Council unanimously <br />approved the minutes of June 6th. <br /> <br /> There were no matters by the public. <br /> <br /> On motion by Mrs. Gleason, Gail S. Papovich was unanimously appointed <br />serve a four year term on the Housing Board of Adjustment and Appeals. This <br />term shall begin July 1, 1984 and expire June 30, 1988. <br /> <br /> On motion by Dr. Gunter, Douglas Gilpin was unanimously appointed <br /> <br />(as the Board of Architectural Review representative) and Frances Walton <br />unanimously reappointed (as resident of Architectural Design Control District) <br />to four year terms on. the Historic Landmarks Commission. These terms shall <br />begin June 16, 1984 and expire June 1S, 1988. <br /> <br /> On motion by Dr. Hall, Stanley Epstein was unanimously reappointed to <br /> <br />a three year term on the Thomas Jefferson Visitors Bureau Board. This term <br />shall be effective from May 1, 1984 and expire April 30, 1984. <br /> <br /> On motion by Dr. Gunter, Elizabeth Woodard was unanimously reappointed <br />to a four year term on the Piedmont Virginia Community College Board. This <br />term shall begin July 1, 1984 and expire June 30, 1988. <br /> <br /> On motion by Mr. Conover, Knight Aldrich was appointed and Ron Tweel <br />reappointed to four year terms on the Social Services Advisory Board. These <br />terms shall begin July 1, 1984 and expire June 30, 1988. <br /> <br /> Mr. Conover nomin, ated Joseph Mooney for the Charlottesville School Board, <br />Mrs. Gleason nominated Virginia Schatz for the School Board, and Dr. Gunter <br />nominated Clifford Bennett for the School Board.
