On <br />motion by Mt Gleason, seconded by Mr. Albro, Council unanimously <br />approved the minutes of February 10 as presented. <br /> <br /> Ms. Mac.elyn Manley of 776 Ridge Street read a letter of <br /> <br />complaint f~om the residents on Ridge Street and Hartmans Mill <br />Road about he construction of the street in that area and the <br />City's lack of responsiveness to their previous complaints. A <br />discussion f some of the specific problems ensued and Fir. Hendrix <br />said that a representative from the Department of Housing and <br />Urban Develcpment would be meeting with City staff and residents <br />this week tc try to find a solution to the disagreement.
