Absent: None. <br /> <br /> A motion by Mr. Albro, seconded by Mr. Buck that unanimous <br />consent be given to the consideration of any matters which <br />may come before this meeting, was adopted by the following <br />recorded vote. Ayes: Mr. Albro, Mr. Brunton, Mr. Buck, Mr. <br />Gatewood and Mrs. O'Brien. Noes: None. <br /> <br /> On motion by Mr. Albro, seconded by Mr. Buck the following <br />resolution was unanimously adopted. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ralph P. Zehler, Jr. is a candidate for <br />selection as a circuit court judge to fill a vacancy which <br />will shortly be occurring in the 16th Judicial Circuit; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Judge Zehler has served with distinction <br />since 1969 as the judge of the Juvenile and Domestic Relations <br />Courts of the 16th Judicial District; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Judge Zehler has in that capacity received <br />statewide and, indeed, national recognition as a learned <br />authority on juvenile courts and a judge of exceptional <br />ability and dedication; and <br /> <br /> <br />
