A COMMUNICATION WAS PRESENTED <br />FROM THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING THAT THE REQUEST BE DENIED, MR, DOUGLAS <br />ZIRKLE AND MR. DAVE GIBSON, ARCHITECT FOR THE PETITIONER, ADDRESSED THE COUNCIL ON <br />BEHALF OF THE ~ET/T~ON AND EXPLAINED'THE PROPOSED USE. MR.
