TO CONDUCT A LIMITED SURVEY OF THE CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />AT A COST OF ~7~060.00~ AND RECOMMENDED THAT HE BE AUTHORIZED T~ EXECUTE THE CONTRACT. <br />ON MOTION BY MR. RINEHART~ SECONDED BY MR. WRIGHT~ THE FOREGOING RECOMMENDATION WAS <br />UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED. MR. MR. <br />FRED ROBINSON OF HARLAND BARTHOLOMEW AND ASSOCIATES PRESENTED THE PROPOSED PLAN AND <br />MR. A. E. ARRINGTON~, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY~ PRESENTED THE RE- <br />LOCATION PROGRAM,, AE~ER,"WH.ICH EVERYONE PRESENT WAS AFFORDED AN OPPORTUNITY TO ASK <br />QUESTIONS. SEVERAL PEOPLE MADE STATEMENTS AND ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PROJECT. <br /> <br /> THE COUNCIL MET IN REGULAR SESSION ON THIS DATE WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS PRESENT: <br /> <br />MR. DAVIS, HR. RINEHART~ MR. VAN YAHRES., MR, VOGT AND MR. WRIGHT. ABSENT: NONE. <br /> DR. EARL N. MCCANE~, JR~ PASTOR OF THE CHURCH OF GOD~, GAVE THE INVOCATION. <br /> ALL PRESENT JOINED IN THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG OF OUR COUNTRY. <br /> <br /> MRS. JOSEPH L. BINGLER ADDRESSED THE COUNCIL AND PRESENTED A PETITION SIGNED BY <br />RESIDENTS OF THE JOHNSON VILLAGE AREA REQUESTING THE CITY TO PIPE THE STORM DRAINAGE <br /> <br />AREA BEHIND THEIR PROPERTY. THE MAYOR APPOINTED MR, DAVIS AND MR.
