THE CITY MANAGER AND CHIEF OF POLICE RECOMMENDED <br />AGAINST THE REQUEST SINCE THERE IS NOT ENOUGH TIME TO WORK OUT THE DETAILS. THE <br />COUNCIL APPROVED THE GENERAL IDEA~ AND SUGGESTED THAT IT BE TRIED AT A LATER DATE. <br /> <br /> A COMMUNICATION WAS PRESENTED FROM M C L CORPORATION REQUESTING PERMISSION TO <br />OPERATE A SELF SERVICE GASOLINE FILLING STATION AT PRESTON PLAZA, THIS REQUEST WAS <br /> <br />CARRIED OVER TO THE MEETING OF FEBRUARY 1~ i97t FOR CONSIDERATION. <br /> <br /> <br />
