A COMMUNICATION WAS PRESENTED <br />FROH THE PLANNING COMHISSlON RECOMMENDING THE CHANGE. HR, WITHERS FENNELL ADDRESSED <br />THE COUNCIL ON BEHALF OF THE PETITIONER IN FAVOR OF THE CHANGE. AN ORDINANCE <br />ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE AHENDING AND REENACTING THE DISTRICT NAP INCORPORATED IN <br /> <br />SECTION 4 OF ARTICLE III OF APPENDIX II OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, <br />1959~ BY THE REZONING OF A PARCEL OF LAND BETWEEN HOORES CREEK AND THE INTERSECTION <br /> <br />OF LINDEN AND NASSAU STREETS~ WAS OF"FERED BY HR, SCRIBNER= SECONDED BY HR. <br />HAGGERTY~ AND CARRIED OVER TO THE NEXT MEETING FOR CONSIDERATION, <br /> <br /> THE SUGGESTED ORDINANCE BY THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE CLEAN UP COMHITTEE RE- <br />GARDING THE ELIMINATION OF WEEDS WAS AGAIN DISCUSSED.
