He said his windows rattled for four hours. <br />He said they agreed to lower the volume but not move the stage, and the volume was still <br />loud this past week. <br /> <br /> Ms. Mary Gilliam, 218 W. South Street, complained about the noise level from <br />Fridays After Five. <br /> <br /> Ms. Sue Friedman, representing the Thomas Jefferson Partnership for Economic <br />Development, saluted businesses during Business Appreciation Week, especially small, <br />women and minority owned businesses. <br /> <br /> Mr. John Pfaltz, 1503 Rugby Avenue, said that CityLink is not really linking <br />much and no more than 5,000 citizens will be able to access it directly.
