DaYls, SECONDED BY MR. <br /> TEBELL, THIS REPORT WAS UNANI MOUSLY ADOPTED, <br />THE QUESTION OF REMOVING THE "NO PARKING"SIGNS ON SHAMROCK ROAD <br />WAS AGAIN BROUGHT UP• THE CITY MANAGER ADVISED THE COUNCIL THAT A <br />MATTER REI 518NS TRAFFIC COUNT HAD BEEN MADE AND THAT THIS COUNT SHOWED THAT A CAR PASSED <br />ON SHAMROCK ROAo <br />COUNCIL ORDERED ALONG THIS SECTION 0i THE STREET ON AN AVERAGE OF EVERY MINUTE AMD A HALF <br />NO CHANGE, <br />DURING THE DAYLIGHT HOURS. MR. BOWEN ALSO STATED THAT HE AND THE CHIEF <br />OF POLICE WERE OPPOSED TO REMOVING ANY OF THESE SIGNS FROM A SAFETY <br />STANDPOINT. AFTER A THOROUGH DISCUSSION, A MOTION BY MR. TEBELL, SECONDED <br />8Y MR.
