MR. BOWEN STATED THAT AFTER CHECKING WITH EACH COUNCILMAN <br />AND THE VA. FOREST SERVICE, HE MAD GRANTED PERMISSION FOR THIS MOVE <br />UNDER THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT. <br />ON MOTION BY MR. DAVIS, SECONDED BY r~R. MICHIE, THE ACTION OF THE <br />CITY MANAGER WAS UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED. <br />ON MOTION BY MR. HILL, SECONDED BY MR.
