ON <br />MOTION BY MR. $CRIBNER, SECONDED BY MR. MICHIE, THE CLERK WAS INSTRUCTED TO <br />ADVISE MR, LUDWIG THAT UNDER THE ORDINANCE, NO RELIEF COULD BE GRANTED. <br />THE CITY MANAGER PRESENTED A RESOLUTION FROM THE DISTRICT HOME BOARD <br />MATTER RE: DISTRICT HOME <br />STATING THAT THE BOARD DESIRED TO ENLARGE THE DISTRICT HOME TO TAKE CARE OF <br />APPROXIMATELY 4O ADDITIONAL PERSONS AT AN ESTIMATED COST OF .100,000,00, <br />30,000.00 TO BE PAID FROM THE RESERVE FUND OF THE BOARD AND THE BALANCE BY <br />THE SEVERAL GOVERNING BODIES ON A POPULATION BASIS. <br />ON MOTION BY MR, COLEMAN, SECONDED BY MR. HE EXPLAINED THAT THIS NEW <br />PIPELINE WAS NECESSARY IN ORDER 70 PUMP THE SEWAGE FROM THE OLD RIVANNA RIVER <br />LINE TO THE PROPOSED NEW MOORES CREEK DISPOSAL PLANT AND RECOMMENDED THAT THE <br />AGREEMENT 8E EXECUTED. <br />ON MOTION BY MR. MICHIE, SECONDED BY MR. COLEMAN, THE MAYOR WAS AUTHORIZED <br />ORDINANCE RE: SEC. 120.0 - <br />BLDG. CODE CARRIED OVER. <br />TO EXECUTE THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY. <br />AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 120.0 OF THE BUILDING <br />CODE OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE AfJD AMENDING AND RE-E~dACTING THE CHARLOTTES- <br />VILLE CITY CODE OF 1945, AS AMENDED, BY THE ADDITION THERETO OF A NEW CHAPTER <br />NUMBERED 37 AND ENTITLED 'OFF-STREET PARKING REGULATIONS' "was OFFERED BY <br />MR, MICHIE, SECONDED BY MR.
