Edwards thanked the community for their support during his absence and stated <br />that he will continue to actively serve the community while maintaining his health. <br /> <br />PUBLIC <br /> <br /> Mr. Brent Nelson, 214 South Street, asked if any contamination was found on the <br />parking lot site proposed to be used for the ice skating rink and if site plans have been <br />submitted. <br /> <br /> Mr. Toscano stated that he has not seen results of a soil test on the site, noting that the <br />property is owned by the Housing Authority, and he did not have any infom~ation on a site <br />plan. Mr. Toscano added that he will try to keep the public informed when more information <br />is known. <br /> <br /> Mr. Satyendra Hujag Director of Community Development, stated that no site plan for <br />the skating rink has been submitted. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br /> On motion by Mr. Vandever, seconded by Ms. Daugherty, the following Consent <br />Agenda items were unanimously approved, with Rev.
