45 <br /> <br /> Responding to a question from Ms. Slaughter, Mr. Huja <br />-stated that $30,000 is budgeted this year for sign <br /> improvements and $50,000 for next year. <br /> <br /> Ms. Slaughter stated that she was most concerned about <br />improving signage downtown and Mr. Huja replied that he hoped <br />funding wOuld be adequate to fund signs for both Monticello <br />Avenue and downtown. <br /> <br /> Mr. Okerlund explained that the next step in the process <br />would be to refine the design and have the signs fabricated. <br /> <br /> Mr. Hendrix stated that the entire plan would be <br />presented to Council prior to final action. <br /> <br /> On motion by Ms. Slaughter, seconded by Ms. Daugherty, <br />Council unanimously approved the new signage concept and <br />authorized the process to proceed, with Rev.
