Edwards, <br />Council voted to meet in executive session for the purpose of <br />interviewing candidates and discussing appointments to the <br />Planning Commission and Social Development Commission as <br />authorized by Section 2.1-344(a)(i) of the Virginia Freedom <br />of Information Act, with Mr. Buck absent for the vote. <br /> <br /> Council reconvened in open session in the Basement <br />Conference Room following the Housing Authority meeting. <br /> <br /> On motion by Rev.
