Absent: <br />Ms. Daugherty. <br /> <br />APPROPRIATION: ANNUAL BUDGET (2nd reading) <br /> <br /> Mr. Toscano made a motion to amend the annual budget appropriation to include <br />the following: increasing funding to the Sexual Assault Resource Agency (SARA) by <br />$2,790 (offset by Council reserve); increasing funding to Virginia Film Festival by <br />$5,000 (offset by Contribution to Community Arts and Festivals); and decrease funding <br />to Virginia Municipal League by $157 (per notification of next year's dues, balance to <br />Council Reserve). Mr. Cox seconded the motion and the budget appropriation was <br />amended by the following vote. Ayes: Mr. Caravati, Mr. Cox, Ms. Richards, Mr. <br />Toscano. Noes: None.
