APP ROPRIATION Transfer of Health Department Building funding from the Facility Repair Fund (107) to the Joint Health Department Building Fund (982). WHEREAS , t h e City of Charlottesville and Albemarle County entered into an MOU that established the City as the fiscal agent, and that State financial reporting requirements have facilitated the need to account for the Health Department Building funds in their own sep arate fund ; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville , Virginia that all existing funds for FY 2017 in the Health Department Building Fund (Cost Center 2412008000, Funded Program FR-052) will need to be transferred from the Facilities Repair fund (107)to the Joint Health Department Building Fund (Fund 982, Cost Center 8601001000).BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that t h e amount received as Health Department Building Account revenue for Fiscal Year 2017 -2018 is hereby appropria ted to the Joint Health Department Building Fund (982), to be used for general improvements, maintenance and small capital projects related to the Thomas Jefferson Health District building . Further, any unspent funds in the Joint Health Department Buildin g Fund shall not be deemed to expire at the end of the fiscal year, but are hereby appropriated in the ensuing fiscal year unless further altered by Council.
