On motion by Mr. Cox, seconded by Mr. Toscano, Ms. Nila Saliba was reappointed and Mr. Hal Brindley was appointed to two-year terms on the Monticello Area Community Action Agency Board by the following vote. Ayes: Mr. Caravati, Mr. Cox, Mr. Lynch, Iris. Richards, Mr. Toscano. Noes: None. These terms will expire on July 1, 2004. On motion by Mr. Cox, seconded by Mr. Toscano, Ms. Joy Johnson was reappointed and Mr, Shelly Null was appointed to four-year terms on the Social Services Advisory Board by the following vote. Ayes: Mr. Caravati, Mr. Cox, Mr. Lynch, Ms. Richards, Mr. Toscano. Noes: None. These terms will expire on June 30, 2006.
