OF APPENDIX II OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, 1959, BY <br />THE REZONING OF A TRACT OF LAND AT THE NORTHERN EXTENSION OF ARLINGTON BOULEVARD" <br /> <br />WAS OFFERED BY MR, LEE~ SECONDED BY MR, SCRIBNER~ AND CARRIED OVER TO THE NEXT <br />HEETING FOR CONSIDERATION, <br /> <br /> MR, ROBERT SWIFT ADDRESSED THE COUNCIL AND STATED THAT THERE HAD BEEN A <br /> <br />MISTAKE MADE BETWEEN HIS CORPORATION~ WHICH IS DEVELOPING THE QUEEN CHARLOTTE SUB- <br />DIVISION~ AND THE CITY, HE REQUESTED THAT THE MAYOR BE AUTHORIZED TO EXECUTE A <br />SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT WHICH WOULD PROVIDE THAT IN RETURN FOR UTILITIES IN HIS <br />SUBDIVISION ALL LOTS WOULD BE LIMITED TO R-~ USES, MR, BOWEN RECOMMENDED THAT THIS <br />AGREEHENT BE EXECUTED, ON HOTION BY MR, MOUNT~ SECONDED BY HR, PONTON~ THE MAYOR <br />WAS AUTHORIZED TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT FOR U~ILITIES FOR QUEEN CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION <br />ON THE BASIS OF R-1 usg, <br /> <br /> A REQUEST FOR REZONING ON PRESTON PLACE WAS REFERRED TO THE PLANNING COMHISSION <br />FOR RECOHMENDATION, <br /> <br /> THE STREET COMMITTEE RECOHHENDED THAT HOLHES AVENUE IN WOODHAYVEN SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE ACCEPTED INTO THE CITY STREET SYSTEM FOR MAINTENANCE.
