SCRIBNER~ THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS <br />UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, THE COUNCIL OF THIS CITY IS OF THE OPINION THAT ROUTE 250-A BY- <br />PASS SHOULD BE IMPROVED BETWEEN THE SOUTHERN RAILWAY OVERPASS AND THE WEST CITY <br />LIMITS IN ORDER TO ADEQUATELY HANDLE THE PRESENT AND FUTURE TRAFFIC WHICH WISHES <br />TO USE THIS HIGHWAY~ AND <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, MANY ACCIDENTS ARE OCCURING ON THE ROUTE 250-A BY-PASS AT THE <br />HCiNTIRE ROAD INTERSECTION DUE TO THE LACK OP A STORAGE LANE FOR WESTBOUND TRAFFIC <br />WHICH DESIRES ~O MAKE A LEFT TURN MOVEMENT INTO MCINTIRE ROAD (SEE RECOMMENDATION <br />IN TRAFFIC REPORT PREPARED BY S.
