MR. LANDON BIRCKHEAD <br />AND MR. R.-R. READY ADDRESSED THE COUNCIL IN FAVOR OF.THE PETITION. MR. BIRCKHEAD <br />ASKED THAT THE REQUEST FOR CHANGE OF LOT No. 2 BE WITHDRAWN. ON MOTION BY MR. <br />PONTON, SECONDED BY MR.
