EXECUTED BY VALLEY VIEW GREENHOUSES, INCORPORATED, REQUESTING THAT THE <br />COUNCIL CLOSE A PORTION OF HILLCREST AVENUE. BY THE PETITION AND BY A <br />PLAT OF "HILLCREST" OF W. S, ROUOABUSH, JR., DATED JANUARY 10, 1955, WHICH <br />MR.
