A COMMUNICATION WAS PRESENTED FROM THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RECOMMENDING THAT THE PROPERTY ON THE NORTH SIDE OF LONG STREET FROM THE PRESENT B-2 <br />BUSINESS DISTRICT TO ST. CLAIR AVENUE BE REZONED TO B-OFFICE SHOP. <br />
