MINUTES PUBLIC Mrs. Mary K. Williams of 709 Anderson Street spoke in support of drainage improvements in the 700 block of Anderson Street. There being no further comments, Mr. Conover closed the public hearing. Mr. Hendrix explained that the CDBG 1983-84 program would be on City Council's agenda for Monday, May 16, 1983. Mr. Conover asked if the Social Development Commission could consider the comments regarding the Red Cross Home Care program and the Legal Aid request prior to that meeting.
