Williams of 709 Anderson Street spoke in support of <br /> drainage improvements in the 700 block of Anderson Street. <br /> <br /> There being no further comments, Mr. Conover closed the public <br /> hearing. Mr. Hendrix explained that the CDBG 1983-84 program would <br /> be on City Council's agenda for Monday, May 16, 1983. Mr. Conover <br /> asked if the Social Development Commission could consider the comments <br /> regarding the Red Cross Home Care program and the Legal Aid request <br /> prior to that meeting.
