APPROPRIATION: <br />$723,000 CDBG <br />1983-84 <br /> <br /> are paid $60.00 for a full day at the polls which begins at 5:15 a.m. <br /> and ends when all ballots are counted. <br />Mr. Hendrix explained that this appropriation was for programs Council <br /> <br />had previously approved. <br /> <br /> Mrs. Gleason moved, Dr. Hall seconded, and the following appro- <br /> <br />priation was carried over to the next meeting: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Charlottesville has been advised of the <br />approval by the U. S.
