<br />RESOLUTION:
<br />AUTHORIZING VICE-
<br />MAYOR TO SIGN
<br />DEED OF RELEASE
<br />FOR EASEMENT ON
<br />STRIBLING AVE.

<br /> On motion by Dr. Hall, seconded by Mr. Barnes, the resolution
<br />authorizing the Vice-Mayor to sign a deed of release for an easement
<br />on Stribling Avenue was unanimously approved by Council.
<br />
<br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville,
<br />that the Vice-Mayor is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of
<br />the City the following document, in form approved by the City Attorney:-
<br />

<br />dation for approval of the rezoning: 1) It is in harmony with the'Com-
<br />prehensive Plan and the Land Use Plan, 2) It would not have a significant
<br />adverse impact on the surrounding neighborhood, and 3) It is in keeping
<br />with the long range plans for this area as it relates to the impact of
<br />
<br />Martha Jefferson Hospital Expansion.
