Board.with the following members present: <br />Mr. Buck, Mrs. Gleason~ Dr. Hall. Absent: Mr. Barnes, Dr. Gunter. <br /> <br /> Dr. JoSeph MOoney, School Board member, stated that the. <br />Charlottesville High School Auditorium Use Committee ha'd recommended <br />that the CHS auditorium be available for $4S per 'hour with non- <br />Profit groups allowed up to fi£teen hours of free rehearsal time, <br />and the Walker and Buford Auditorium and CHS Black BOX be available. <br />for $3S per hour. <br /> <br /> Mrs. Sandta Leveine; representing Piedmont Coun'cil of the Arts, <br />stated that the reaction to the recommendation was favorable though <br />the amount of rehearsal time was felt to be short. <br /> <br /> Mr. Le'cky Stone concurred with.Mrs. Levine.'s feeling that the <br />reh'earsa'l time could be lo'nger and suggested allowing 2S hours for <br />on-stage rehearsal. Mr. Stone added.his support for the technical <br />director position for the auditorium. <br /> <br /> <br />
