IV. WATER FUND APPROPRIATION ~

<br /> BE IT RESO'LVED.~'ili~k~e'Council of the City of Charlottesville, that
<br />there is hereby appropriated from the Water Fund, for the operation of
<br />the water utility during the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1979 and
<br />ending June 30, 1980, the sum of $1,430,227, or the amount of revenue
<br />actually received by such fund, whichever is the greater amount. Such
<br />appropration shall be effective. July 1, 1979.

<br />V. SEWER FUND APPROPRIATION
<br />
<br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, that
<br />there is hereby appropriated from the Sewer Fund, for the operation
<br />of the sewer utility during the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1979 and
<br />ending June 30, 1980, the sum of $1,678,745, or the amount of revenue
<br />actually received by such fund, whichever is the greater amount. Such
<br />appropriation shall be effective July 1, 1979.

<br />VI. TRANSIT FUND APPROPRIATION
<br />
<br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, that
<br />there is hereby appropriated from the Transit Fund, for the operation
<br />of the transit bus system during the fiscal year beginning July 1,
<br />1979 and ending June 30, 1980, the sum of $435,381, or the amount of
<br />revenue actually received by such fund, whichever is the greater
<br />amount. Such appropriatiOn shall be effective July 1,1979.

<br />VII. CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND APPROPRIATIONS
<br />
<br /> BE IT RESOLVED,by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, that
<br />the sums hereinafter set forth are hereby appropriated from the Capital
<br />Improvements Fund of the City for the respective capital improvement
<br />purchases or projects so set forth, effective for the fiscal year
<br />beginning July 1, 1979; provided that such appropriations shall not be
<br />deemed to expire at the end of such fiscal year, but shall be
<br />continued in effect unless altered by further action of City Council.
