Communication re: <br />Councilor O'Brien - <br />Vinegar Hill Project <br /> <br /> Mr. Buck stated he has a concern about putting more emphasis <br /> <br />on the consolidation of a number of things going on in the <br />Department of Economic Development. He mentioned that the <br />Economic Development of Starr Hill is under the control of the <br />Department of Community Development; the Garrett Street area under <br />the control of the Housing Authority; the development of the Vinegar <br />Hill Site under the City Manager's Office and now considering <br />funneling some of the control and direction of participation in <br />this growth into a non-profit corporation, that would have some <br />sort of connection with the City.
