3O4 Executive session RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, ~irginia, that Mesrs. W. J. Copeland, Harry T. Marshall and H.P. Winn report in writing to Council what inconveniences, if any, would result from such vacation. On motion by Ms. Gleason, seconded by Mr. Albro, Council unanimously agreed to meet in executive session to discuss matters exempted bY Section..2.1~344(a)(1)(Personnel) of the Virginia Freedom of Information Act~ On motion the meeting adjourned. Absent: Mr. Buck, ~r~ Hall. Mayor Buck being absent, Vice Mayor Gleason chaired the meeting, On motion hy Mr. Albro, seconded by Mr. Conover, Council unanimously adopted the foil,owing resolution: WHEREAS by re8olution adopted June 27, 1960, City Council approved the Redevelopment Plan for the V~negar Hill Project, No. Va~ R~12; and ~WHEREAS a Cooperation Agreement dated June 27, 1960, as amended, between the Charlottesville Redevelopment and HoUSing Authority and the City provided for the Authority to carry out the execution of the Vinegar Hill Project; and WHEREAS it ia now considered desirable for the City and the Authority to effect a financial settlement of the project with the Department of Housing and Urban Development; and WHEREAS a Close-Out Agreement for the Vinegar Hill Project, No. Va, R-12, has been prepared and considered, now, therefore, be it RESOLVED bY the Council of the City of Charlottesville that the 'Close~OutAgreement between the City of Charlottesville and the Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing Authority.~dated August'12, 1980, for the 'financial settlement of the Vinegar Hill Project No, Va. R-12 is hereby in all respects approved subject-to the concurrence of the Department of Housing and Urban DeVelopment; and be it FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk of Council are hereby authorized to execute 'the Close-Out Agreement on behalf of the City of Charlottesville'
