<br /> Council met in speCial session on this date with the following
<br /> members present: Mr. Albro, Mr, Buck, Mr. Conover, Ms. Gleason,
<br /> Dr. Hall. Absent: None,
<br />
<br /> On motion hy Mr, Albro, seconded by Dr. Hall, Council unanimously
<br /> agreed to meet in exeuctive session at this time and following a
<br /> puhlic meeting on this date on matters exempted by Section 2.1-344
<br /> (a) (1) (PeraonneI) of the Virginia Freedom of Information Act.

<br /> Follo~.wing the first executive session, on motion by Mr. Albro,
<br /> seconded hy Dr. Hall, Council unanimously agreed to meet in a public
<br /> session to consider business related to the rehabilitation loan
<br /> program,
<br />
<br /> On motion by Mr, Albro, seconded by Dr. Hall, Council
<br />
<br />unanimously adopted the following resolution:
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, by~'Resotution~Number.!i. 599!,, ~adopted April 14, 1980,
<br /> ~he Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing Authority approved
<br /> the Central City Rehabilitation Loan Program; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 36-50.1 of the Code of Virginia,
<br /> (1950), as amended, the City Council is authorized and required to ..... ".~..,-,,~'~.~

<br />
<br /> RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, Virginia,
<br />that the Conservation Plan for the Central City Rehabilitation
<br />Loan Prog~ submitted by the Charlottesville Redevelopment and
<br />Housing Authority is hereby approved.
<br />
<br /> On motion hy Mr. Conover, seconded by Ms. Gleason, Council
<br />unanin~ously agreed to meet in executive session to discuss matters
<br />exempted by Section 2.1-344(a)(6)(Legal) of the Virginia Freedom
<br />of In:'ormation Act. ~
