Absent: Mr. <br />Albro, Dr. Hall. <br /> <br />On motion by Ms. Gleason, seconded by Mr. Conover, Council <br /> <br />unanimously adopted the following resolution: <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, <br />Virginia, that the exependiture of $7,000 or as much thereof as the <br />City Attorney may determine to be necessary is hereby authorized <br />to be made from funds previously appropriated to the Risk Management <br />Fund, for a compromise settlement of the case of Aaron Matthew Farley <br />v. S.
