Absent: None. <br /> <br /> On motion by Mr. Conover, seconded by Dr. Hall, Council unanimously <br />agreed to meet in executive session to discuss matters exempted by <br />Section 2.1-344(a)(1)(Personnel) of the Virginia Freedom of <br />Information Act. Following the executive session, Council convened <br />in the Council Chambers for the remainder of the regular meeting. <br /> <br /> On motion by Dr. Hall, seconded by Ms. Gleason, Council <br />unanimously approved the minutes of February 2 as presented. On <br />motion by Ms. Gleason, seconded by Mr. Albro, Council unanimously <br />approved the minutes of February 10 as presented. <br /> <br /> Ms. Madelyn Manley of 776 Ridge Street read a letter of <br /> <br /> complaint from the residents on Ridge Street and Hartmans Mill <br /> Road about the construction of the street in that area and the <br /> City's lack of responsiveness to their previous complaints. A <br /> discussion of some of the specific problems ensued and Mr. Hendrix <br /> said that a representative from the Department of Housing and <br /> Urban Development would be meeting with City staff and residents <br /> this week to try to find a solution to the disagreement. Dr. <br /> William Harris of 485 14th Street, NW, accused the City staff and <br /> <br /> <br />
