Absent: None. On motion by Mr. Albro, seconded by Mr. Conover, Council agreed unanimously to meet in executive session to discuss matters exempted hy Section 2.1-344(a)(1)(Personnel) of the Virginia Free- dom of Information Act. Following the executive session, Council convened again in regular session. On motion by Ms. Gleason, seconded by Mr. Conover, Council unanimously approved the minutes of June 15 as presented, Mr. Albro and Dr. Hall abstaining. Mayor Buck recognized the local chapter of the Jaycees for their receipt of the Harold A. Marks Memprial Trophy, a national Jaycees annual award designed to recognize the #1 chapter in the counftry for 1980-81. Mr. Dick ~eubner of the local chapter thanked Mayor Buck for the recognition.
