Consideration re: Annual Tax Levy Ordinance for ending June, 1975, 1976 and 1977. The Mayor announced that a decision would be made on the budgets on April 12, 1976. An ordinance entitled "ANNUAL TAX LEVY IFIPOSING TAXES ON PROPERTY AND MACI{INERY AND TOOLS FOR THE PAYMENT OF INTEREST AND RETIREMENT OF THE CITY DEBT, FOR THE SUPPORT OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT AND CITY SCHOOLS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES," was offered by Mrs. Rinehart, seconded by Mr. Gilliam and carried over to the next meeting for cons iderat ion. On motion by Mr. Gilliam, seconded by Mrs . Rinehart the Council voted to go into executive session to discuss personnel, by the following recorded vote. Ayes: Mr. Barbour, Mr. Fife, Mr. Gilliam, Mrs. Rinehart and Mr. Van Yahres. Noes: None.
