106 <br /> <br />(Section 216 through 226) and ah~ll' further be subject <br />to the following special conditions: <br /> <br />(1) That the enrollment of the school be limited <br />to not more than thirty students. <br /> <br />(2) That the existing septic system be inspected <br />by the Charlottesville-Albemarle Health <br />Department and if found by that agency to be <br />inadequate the property be connected to the <br />City sanitary sewer system; provided, however, <br />that the granting of this permit shall in no <br />way be deemed to constitute a commitment, <br />guarantee, allotment or other assurance of <br />the availability of sanitary sewer capacity <br />to serve such property. <br /> <br />Ordinance re: Closing and <br />Vacating an alley adjacent <br />to Meriwether Street <br /> <br />(3) That the applicants submit a site plan <br />for approval prior to the initiating use of <br />the property for school purposes. <br /> <br />An ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE CLOSING, VACATING <br /> <br />AND DISCONTINUING A 15 FOOT ALLEY RUNNING IN A NORTH- <br /> <br />EASTERLY DIRECTION FOR APPROXIMATELY 150 FEET FROM <br /> <br />MERIWETHER STREET," which was offered at the meeting of <br /> <br />the Council on April 19, 1976, was adopted by the <br />following recorded vote. Ayes: Mr. Barbour, Mr. Fife, <br />Mr. Gilliam, Mrs. Rinehart and Mr. Van Yahres. Noes: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Ordinance re: Rezone from <br />R-3 to B-1 Property at <br />1104 East Jefferson <br />Street <br /> <br /> A communication was also presented from the Planning <br />Commission recommending that the petition to rezone from <br />R-3 to B-1 property located at 1104 East Jefferson <br />Street be granted. An ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING AND REENACTING THE DISTRICT MAP INCORPORATED <br /> <br />IN SECTION 4 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY <br /> <br />OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, VIRGINIA BY THE REZONING OF A PARCEL <br /> <br />OF LAND LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF EAST <br /> <br />JEFFERSON AND llTH STREETS, N. E. IN THE CITY OF <br /> <br />CHARLOTTESVILLE," was offered by Mr. Gilliam, seconded by <br /> <br />Mr. Van Yahres and adopted by the following recorded <br /> <br />vote. Ayes: Mr. Barbour, Mr. Fife, Mr. Gilliam, Mrs. <br /> <br />Rinehart and Mr. Van Yahres. Noes: None. <br /> <br />Request re: Council to <br />Community Dev. on Zoning <br />the area of Martha Jefferson <br />Hospital <br /> <br /> On motion by Mrs. Rinehart, seconded by Mr. Fife the <br />Department of Community Development was requested to <br />make a study of the Zoning in the neighborhood affected <br /> <br />Ordinance re: Closing & <br />vacating an unnamed street <br />between Coleman St. and <br />River Road <br /> <br />by Martha Jefferson Hospital. <br /> <br /> An ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE CLOSING, <br />VACATING AND DISCONTINUING AN UNNAMED 50 FOOT STREET <br />LYING BETWEEN COLEMAN STREET AND RIVER ROAD IN THE CITY <br /> <br />OF CHARLOTTESVILLE," which was offered at the meeting <br /> <br />of the Council on April 19, 1976, was adopted by the <br />follOwing recorded vote. Ayes: Mr. Barbour, Mr. Fife, <br />Mr. Gilliam, Mrs. Rinehart and Mr. Van Yahres. Noes: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br /> <br />
