On motion by Mr. Van Yahres, seconded by Mrs. Rinehart-the Council voted to go into executive session on May 18, 1976 at 7:00 P.M., was adopted by the following recorded vote. Ayes: Mr. Barbour,Mr. Fife, Mr. Gilliam M~S.'Rinehart and Mr. Van Yahres. Noes: None. On motion the meeting adjourned.
