<br /> Provided, however, that the amount hereinabove appropriated for
<br />Salary Supplements, or portions thereof, may be transferred by
<br />the Director of Finance to the account of any other city department
<br />or agency upon authorization from the City Manager; and
<br />
<br /> Provided further, any revenues in excess of budgeted estimates
<br />for fee-based recreation programs operated by the Department of
<br />Parks and Recreation are hereby appropriated to such Department for
<br />the operation of such programs; and
<br />
<br /> Provided further that the sum thus appropriated as a
<br />Contingency Account shall be expended for any such contingency with-
<br />out further authorization from this Council.

<br />II~I/i GAS FUND APPROPRIATION
<br />
<br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville,
<br />that there is hereby appropriated from the Gas Fund, for the
<br />operation of the gas utility during the fiscal year beginning
<br />July 1, 1977 and ending June 30, 1978, the sum of $6,376,810, or
<br />the amount of revenue actually received by such fund, whichever
<br />is the greater amount. Such appropriation shall be effective
<br />July 1, 1977.

<br />IV. WATER FUND APPROPRIATION
<br />
<br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville,
<br />that there is hereby appropriated from the Water Fund, for the
<br />operation of the water utility during the fiscal year beginning
<br />July 1, 1977 and ending June 30, 1978, the sum of $1,375,628,
<br />or the amount of revenue actually received by such fund, whichever
<br />is the greater amount. Such appropriation shall be effective
<br />July 1, 1977.

<br />V. SEWER FUND APPROPRIATION
<br />
<br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville,
<br />that there is herebM appropriated from the Sewer Fund, for the
<br />operation of the sewer utility during the fiscal year beginning
<br />July 1, 1977 and ending June 30, 1978, the sum of $1,423,687,
<br />or the amount of revenue actually received by such fund, whichever
<br />is the greater amount. Such appropriation shall be effective
<br />July 1, 1977.

<br />VI. TRANSIT FUND APPROPRIATION
<br />
<br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville,
<br />that there is hereby appropriated from the Transit Fund, for the
<br />operation of the transit bus system during the fiscal year
<br />beginning July 1, 1977 and ending June 30, 1978, the sum of $345,499,
<br />or the amount of revenue actually received by such fund,
<br />whichever is the greater. Such appropriation shall be effective
<br />July 1, 1977.
<br />
<br />VII. SPECIAL AGENCY FUND APPROPRIATIONS
<br />
<br /> BE ,IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville,
<br />that the following appropriations are hereby approved for special
<br />agency exenditures accounted for as-separate funds on the books
<br />of the City, for their respective programs during the fiscal
<br />year beginning July 1, 1977, and ending June 30, 1978; the C~ty's
<br />contribution to each fund having been hereinabove appropriated
<br />from the General Fund:
<br />
<br />A. There is hereby appropriated from the Bicentennial
<br />Information Center Fund, for the operation of the Western
<br />Virginia Bicentennial Information Center during such fiscal
<br />year, the sum of $83,760, or the amount of revenue actually
<br />received by such fund, whichever shall be the lesser amount.
