Absent: None. <br /> <br /> On motion by Mr. Barbour, seconded by Mr. Fife the east <br />boundary of the target area for the Neighborhood Strategy <br />Area and Small Cities Area was moved from Fourth Street to <br />Ridge Street. <br /> <br /> The following appointments were made to the Small Cities <br />and Neighborhood Strategy Areas Task Force. <br /> <br /> Helen Tonsler Rev.
