An ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A REFUND OF CERTAIN ERRONEOUSLY ASSESSED TAXES," which was offered at the meeting of the Council on February 20, 1979, was adopted by the following recorded vote. Ayes: Mr. Albro, Mr. Brunton, Mr. Buck, Mr. Gatewood and Mrs. O'Brien. Noes: None. An ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND REENAETING THE DISTRICT MAP INCORPORATED IN SECTION 31-4 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, 1976, BY THE REZONING OF A PARCEL LOCATED ON EAST JEFFERSON STREET IN THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE," which was offered at the meeting of the Council on February 20, 1979, was adopted by the following recorded vote. Ayes: Mr. Albro, Mr. Brunton, Mr. Buck,~Mr. Gatewood and Mrs. O'Brien. Noes: None. Action on an ordinance closing, vacating and discontinuing a portion of Monte Vista Avenue was deferred until the next meeting. On motion by Mrs. O'Brien, seconded by Mr. Buck,Mr. Richard Collins, Mr. Ed Jackson, Mrs. Jean Peterson, Mr. Francis Fife, Mr. Jessie Williams, Mr. Harry Scott, Mrs. Jean Anderson and Mrs. Esther Webb, were appointed to the Housing Advisory Committee. A motion by Mrs. O'Brien, seconded by Mr. Buck that the Council meet in executive session to discuss matters exempted by Section 2.1-344(a)(1), Section 2.1-344(a)(2) and Section 2.1-344(a)(6) of the Virginia Freedom of Information ACt, was adopted by the following recorded vote.
