<br />IF AND WHEN DR. COLLINS IS ABLE TO OBTAIN AN'EXEMPTION FROM FEDERAL INCOME TAXES
<br />PURSUANT TO SECTION 501 (C) (3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
