WRIGHT WERE <br />APPOINTED AS A COMMITTEE TO RECOMMEND A SUITABLE AMENDMENT TO THIS SECTION. <br /> <br /> THE CITY MANAGER REPORTED THAT THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF THE SHENANDOAH VALLEY <br />JUVENILE DETENTION HOME HAS OFFERED THE CITY AN OPPORTUNITY TO BECOME A PARTNER tN <br />THAT FACILITY FOR A SUM BETWEEN ~42.~000 AND ~45~000.
