BARBOUR, MR. FIFE, MR. GILLIAM., MRS. RINEHART AND <br />MR. VAN YAHRES. ABSENT: NONE. <br /> THE MINUTES OF THE MEETINGS OF JULY 15, AND JULY 26, 1974 WERE <br />APPROVED AS PRESENTED. <br /> MRS. MARY LEE McCRICKARD ADDRESSED THE COUNCIL AND REQUESTED A CURB <br /> CUT ON 7TH STREET, N.E. FOR THE PROPERTY OWNED BY HER MOTHERS ESTATE. <br /> MR. EWERT REPORTED THAT THIS REQUEST HAD BEEN REVIEWED BY THE PLANNING <br /> DEPARTMENT AND THE TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT AND HAD BEEN DETERMINED TO BE <br /> UNSAFE. ACTION ON THIS REQUEST WAS DEFERRED PENDING FURTHER INFORMATION. <br /> THE PROPOSED ORDINANCE CLOSING AN ALLEY RUNNING SOUTH OF EDGEHILL <br /> ROAD WAS AGAIN CONSIDERED. MR. SIDNEY WATSON, REPRESENTING MR. IRA NORTH <br /> ONE OF THE PETITIONERS, ADDRESSED THE COUNCIL AND REQUESTED THAT HIS <br /> NAME BE DELETED FROM THE PETITION. MR. JOHN WISE ADDRESSED THE COUNCIL <br /> AND REQUESTED THAT THE PETITION BE GRANTED. A MOTION BY MR. FIFE, <br /> SECONDED BY MRS. RINEHART THAT ACTION ON THIS PETITION BE DEFERRED FOR <br /> FURTHER INFORMATION, WAS ADOPTED BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE. AYES: MR. <br /> BARBOUR, MR. FIFE, MRS. RINEHART AND MR. VAN YAHRES. NOES: MR. GILLIAM. <br /> THE COUNCIL REQUESTED ANSWERS TO THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS. <br /> <br /> <br />
