9 <br />APPOINTMENTS <br />: BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS <br /> <br /> On motion by Ms. Richards, seconded by Mr. Caravati, Dr. Michael Dickens wa s <br />reappointed and Ms. Holly Hatcher was appointed to three - year terms and Mr. Andrew <br />Roland was appointed to a one - year term on the Charlottesville - Albemarle Commission <br />on Children and Families by the following vote. Ayes: Mr. Caravati, Mr. Cox, Mr. <br />Lync h, Ms. Richards, Mr. Schilling. Noes: None. Dr. Dickens' and Ms. Hatcher's terms <br />will expire on June 30, 2005, and Mr. Roland's term will expire on June 30, 2003. <br /> <br /> On motion by Mr. Lynch, seconded by Mr. Schilling, Councilors were appointed <br />(Ayes: Mr. Caravati, Mr. Cox, Mr. Lynch, Ms. Richards, Mr. Schilling.
