3 <br />Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority has also asked that it be removed from the TIP. Ms. <br />Richards said we should not defer to localities south of the area. <br /> <br /> Mr. Cox said he appreciates what Ms. Richards is saying, but feels that singling <br />out t he Western Bypass tonight is wrong, and he feels Council should work toward a <br />consensus and adopt a resolution on the TIP in November. <br /> <br /> Mr. Caravati said he is not comfortable acting without Mr. Schilling's input. <br /> <br /> Mr. Cox said that the Western Bypass is certainly not this Council's priority, but <br />he feels we need to have a dialogue with people who have a say in how transportation <br />funds are allocated. <br /> <br /> Mr. Caravati said he wants it to be clear that there will be no surprise vote on <br />either the TIP or the W estern Bypass before November, and Mr. Cox said a motion can <br />be introduced in the regular meeting to that end. <br /> <br /> The meeting was adjourned. <br /> <br />_____________________________ ___________________________ <br />President Clerk <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
