4 <br /> Mr. Cox expressed concern th at the Task Force would become a very large group <br />with Mr. Schilling's suggestions, and suggested that others be brought in at some point <br />during the process, and that a structure be designed to allow them to be involved. <br /> <br /> Ms. Richards agreed with Mr. Cox, and said she thinks it would be possible to use <br />focus groups. <br /> <br /> It was agreed that revisions will be made to the proposed Task Force and will be <br />st <br />brought back to Council at it's January 21 meeting. <br /> <br /> Mr. Lynch asked if the Task Force's recommendations wi ll end up being an <br />update of the Housing Strategy, and Mr. Cox said the Task Force will be assessing the <br />Housing Strategy. <br /> <br /> Mr. Caravati said he feels it will end up being a new Housing Strategy. <br /> <br /> Ms. Richards said she would like the charge to include a review of the City's tax <br />relief policy. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Cox said that the resolution authorizing condemnation of property on River <br />Road has been deferred. <br /> <br /> On motion by Mr. Caravati, seconded by Mr. Lynch, the following consent <br />agenda items were app roved by the following vote.
