The Mayor of <br />Pleven then presented a key to their city to Mayor Cox. <br /> <br /> A video was shown that highlighted the Plev en community and its economic <br />development efforts and history. <br /> <br />BID OPENING/SELECTION <br />: LEASE OF BUFORD SCHOOL PROPERTY <br /> <br /> Mr. O'Connell said that staff recommend that a portion of the Buford School <br />property be leased to a youth serving agency. <br /> <br /> Ms. Renee Knake, Assistant City Attorney, said that one bid had been received <br />from the Boys and Girls Club to lease property at Buford School, and said that their <br />proposal satisfies the term of the proposed lease. <br />
