3 <br />Mr. Cox said the request from the Locust Grove Neighborhood Association will <br />be closely looked at. He said the Park Street Bridge is due to open in mid December and <br />the traffic patterns should radically change at that time. He expressed concern about <br />cutting off street until the new traffic patterns are known. He said he would prefer to see <br />how it works first. <br /> <br />Ms. Richards noted that sometimes people continue to use cut - through streets <br />once they discover them. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br /> Mr. Caravati removed the minutes from the consent agenda. <br /> <br />On motion by Mr. Lynch, seconded by Ms. Richards, the following consent <br />agenda items were approved by the following vote. Ayes: Mr. Caravati, Mr. Cox, Mr. <br />Lynch, Ms. Richards, Mr. Schilling (except that Mr. Schilling voted no on the ordinance <br />designating the Corner as a design control district). He said that most recommendations came from that group, but there <br />were others that came from the Board of Architectural Review. He said that the <br />appearance of mall vendors has gotten out of control and there has been a proliferation of <br />
