4 <br />RESOLVED FURTHER <br />(7) , that the Clerk of Council of this City shall, from time to <br />time hereafter, as changes in the personnel of said offices, positions, officers, <br />representati ves, and/or employees, of this City named or described in the foregoing <br />Resolutions made immediately certify such changes to said Bank. Said Bank shall be <br />fully protected in relying upon such certifications resulting from or growing out of, <br />honoring the s ignature of any officer(s), representatives, agent(s), or employee(s) so <br />certified, or refusing to honor any signature not so certified, which is not described or <br />stated in the foregoing Resolutions. <br /> <br />RESOLVED FURTHER <br />(8) , that the Clerk of Council of th is City is authorized and <br />directed to certify to said Bank that the foregoing Resolutions were duly adopted and that <br />the provisions thereof are in full conformity with the Charter of the City. <br /> <br />RESOLVED FURTHER <br />(9) , that all transactions by any officers, representatives, <br />employees or agents of this City, on its behalf and in its name with the Bank prior to the <br />delivery of a certified copy of the foregoing Resolutions, are, in all respects, hereby <br />ratified, confirmed, and adopted, nunc pro tunc. <br /> <br />RESOLVED FURTHER <br />(10) , this City certifies to the Bank that should the City open <br />or convert an existing account to an interest - bearing account of any kind with the Bank, <br />the City is and shall be eligible under the Regulation D of the Federal Reserve Board to <br />maintain a n account that earns interest. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE <br />d. : Restructuring Agreement for Charlottesville Albemarle/ <br />nd <br /> Convention and Visitors Bureau (2 reading) <br /> <br />ORDINANCE <br />e. : Leasing Space from CATEC for Public Access Center <br /> (carried over) <br /> <br />ORDINANCE <br />f. : "AN ORDI NANCE AMENDING AND REENACTING <br />THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP INCORPORATED IN SECTION 34 - 1 OF THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />CHARLOTTESVILLE, 1990, AS AMENDED, BY THE REZONING OF <br />PROPERTY LOCATED ON DRUID AVENUE, TM 60 PARCEL(S) 124 AND <br />125 (LOTS 7, 16, 17, 18 AND 19), FROM R - 1S TO PUD (1014 DRUID <br />AVENUE) (carried over) <br /> <br />ORDINANCE <br />g. : "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND REORDAINING <br />SECTION 17 - 37, CHAPTER 17 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />CHARLOTTESVILLE, 1990, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE <br />POSSESSION OF OPEN ALCO HOLIC BEVERAGE CONTAINERS IN <br />PUBLIC PLACES" (carried over) <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br />: HISTORIC PRESERVATION AWARDS <br /> <br /> Ms. Cheri Lewis, Vice Chair of the Board of Architectural Review, presented the <br />following Historic Preservation Awards: 1) Historic Building Renovat ion: First <br />Presbyterian Church Carriage House and Fellini's Restaurant renovation; 2) Adaptive Use <br />and Revitalization: Glass Building, Station Restaurant, and Mas Restaurant; 3) Addition <br />to Historic Building: Timberlake's Drug Store and First United Met hod Church; 4) New <br />Construction in an Historic District: Charlottesville Contemporary Arts Center; and 5) <br />Outstanding Individual Achievement Award: Gabriel Silverman. <br /> <br /> Mr. Cox said the City owes a debt of gratitude to Mr. Silverman for his <br />extraordinary additions and renovations.
