4 <br />RESOLVED FURTHER <br />(7) , that the Clerk of Council of this City shall, from time to <br />time hereafter, as changes in the personnel of said offices, positions, officers, <br />representati ves, and/or employees, of this City named or described in the foregoing <br />Resolutions made immediately certify such changes to said Bank.
