10 <br /> Mr. Schilling said he would make future appropriations of these in the context of <br />anyone else who may need the money, not just those listed. <br /> <br /> Mr. Lynch made a motion to amend the appropriation to approve the first two <br />appropriations to JABA's Mountainside facility, and to put the last three items in the <br />general fund, with applications made separately for the last three items. Mr. Schilling <br />seconded the motion. <br /> <br /> The appropriated of $189,476.42 from the District Home Assets, as amended, <br />th <br />which was offered at the June 7 meeting, was approved by the following vote. Ayes: <br />Mr. Caravati, Mr. Cox, Mr. Lynch, Ms. Richards, Mr. Schilling. Noes: None. <br /> <br />nd <br />ORDINANCE <br />: RELEASE OF TEN CENTER SEWER EASEMENTS (2 reading) <br /> <br /> Mr. Caravati said he is looking at the City's obligation a nd would like to amend <br />the language to add "owners of the property shall pay no less than 50% and the remainder <br />shall be negotiated." Mr. Schilling seconded the motion. <br /> <br /> Ms. Richards questioned whether this would be a deal killer for this project. She <br />s aid the property owners would have to pay for conditions beyond their control. <br /> <br /> Mr. Caravati's motion was denied by the following vote. Ayes: Mr. Caravati and <br />Mr. Schilling. Noes: Mr. Cox, Mr. Lynch, Ms. Richards. <br /> <br /> The ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANC E AUTHORIZING THE <br />ABANDONMENT OF SANITARY AND STORM SEWER EASEMENTS GRANTED <br />TO THE CITY ACROSS PROPERTY ON TENTH STREET," which was offered at the <br />th <br />June 7 meeting, was approved by the following vote. Ayes: Mr. Cox, Mr. Lynch, Ms. <br />Richards. Noes: Mr. C aravati and Mr. Schilling. <br /> <br />PUBLIC <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Jock Yellott thanked outgoing Councilors Cox and Richards for their hard <br />work. <br /> <br /> Mr. Lynch said he looked at the parking ordinance proposed by Mr. Yellott, and <br />recommended that the Planning Commission consider it. He said we need to look at the <br />process of getting citizen ideas looked at. <br /> <br /> It was agreed that the matter would be forwarded to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br /> The meeting was adjourned. <br />
