THE CITY HANAGER ADVISED THE COUNCIL THAT UTILITIES ARE AVAILABLE <br />FOR THIS SUBDIVISION. ON MOTION BY MR. SCRIBNER, SECONDED BY HR. HOUNT, THIS <br />REQUEST FOR UTILITIES WAS APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE USUAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br />FOR COUNTY UTILITIES. <br /> <br /> A COMMUNICATION WAS PRESENTED FROM THE PLANNING COHMISSION RECOMMENDING <br /> <br />THAT ROUTE 653 BE NAMED HELBOURNE ROAD. ON MOTION BY MR. MOUNT, SECONDED BY <br /> <br />HR. PONTON THE FOREGOING RECOMMENDATION WAS UNANIHOUSLY ADOPTED. <br /> <br /> A COMMUNICATJON WAS PRESENTED FROM THE PLANNING COMM-ISSION RECOMMENDING THAT <br />THE ZONING ORDINANCE BE AMENDED TO ALLOW TWO OR MORE MULTIPLE DWELLING BUILDINGS <br />ON ONE LOT OR TRACT OF LAND UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS. HE STATED <br />THAT 1DH IS MA~ING A SMALL ELECTRONIC COMPUTER WHICH tS CA~ABLE OF DOING THE <br />UTILITY BILLING~ PAYROLL~ GENERAL LEDGER AND APPROPRIATIONS LEDGER WHICH SELLS FOR <br />939,125.00 OR CAN BE LEASED FOR ~840.00 PER MONTH INCLUDING MAINTENANCE.
